lava
does ANYONE know where all the lava came from? really this is the only COD game i've played besides MW1 so I really dont know much about the series. I find the lava very annoying since it has killed me five times and really i want to know how it's justified that there's lava bloody everywhere, just im guessing there's a back story to it but from what i've seen in youtube vids or playing MW3 zombies at my friends house on xbox there hasent been lava in any of the previous zombies games though im glad there's none in die rise or mob of the dead

Lava in TranZit, Farm, Town: If you did the easter egg at Moon in Black Ops (original game) you know that you launched missiles to the earth

Lava in Die Rise: None

Lava in Mob of The Dead: Many guys on Youtube thinks that MoTD is in 'Hell'

missiles were launched at the earth which caused lava to appear freaking everywhere? Treyarch: the greatest logic EVER though srrsly that makes no sense at all, im guessing that zombies takes place in an alterante universe? because otherwise then that would mean there had been a few zombie infestations before black ops 2 since it takes place in 2025 unless the nazi party was still existant in 2025

I missed to say that the earth acually blowed up, check this video of Yoteslaya blowing up the earth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpeG4I_SYWY

And when you are choosing maps you can see the earth it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up

zombies takes place in a seprate storyline also involving time travel so alot can happen with that and for the lava the missles where sposivley large enogh that they broke the earths crust exposing and alowing the lava to get to the surface form further down in the earth

alright so i can see some logic in this, but then why if ther earth exploded and reformed, why are there still buildings standing? and why are perk machines there? or ANYTHING? the earth would just be a wasteland, only the people on the moon would survive, so Stuhlinger, Russman, Misty and Marylton would all be dead, killed when the earth blew up and i think i may have just had an idea for the easter egg in Buried, the new map coming out... god i wish there were updates instead of DLC packs, that way you wouldent have to spend 60 bucks for a few new maps.

I can actually see how people would link MoTD to hell, considering all the dead corpses, supernatural happenings, Hell's Retriever and the Blundergat, all have very demonic/badass looks and that may explain why the zombies have red eyes, but why would those be the same kind of zombies from the normal world? *edit* also in one of the zombies history vids i watched then the people who made it mentioned that they thought that (I dont remember his name, he was one of the first people in the entire zombies storyline, he was teleported into a place he thought was a tunnel?) you may find (him) under the tunnels in alcatraz somewhere, which i think would have been a very cool idea, but of course then there would have to be more from the guys in alcatraz, whcih i honestly hope we do get, i want more maps like that but a little less confusing, i always seem to get lost.
