The After Life Timer in MOB OF THE DEAD
Ok heres one, Why is it some times the after life timer goes faster then other times. anyone know that answer? EXAMPLE..Sometimes I have enough time to get the 3 generaters, the jug machine and the meter behind the locked gate all in one afterlife, sometimes I only have enough time to only get the generators, thats a big differance in time. its not my speed as I have it down pat and quick. Ive had the same thin happen when opening the showers, occasionally I barely have enough time, other times im able to get key, open showers and zap the meter down the canter. what gives with the timer.

are you shooting jumping running or getting caught on zombies hurting your afterlife body? cause all these drain the timer faster

hmmmm, well I was thinking that maybe I was running into zombies when this happens but the last time the timer was super short on me there were no zombies in sight andI didnt zap anything but one meter and the only jumping I did was the normal jumps needed to open the showers, I barely had enough time to just do that when other times Im able to do the showers the center meter and the key, ive been thinking its just a occasional glitch.

Any action you do costs you additional time in the afterlife. So, if you want to get the maximum time, you have to only stand around.

Probably just a glitch. One of many in zombies. Things Treyarch are suppose to fix but never do. Improving the game after a Billion dollars in sales is the least on there mind. Only thing insight for Treyarch is the next DLC. We'll probably get a patch that will fix somethings in MotD but by then, everyone will have moved on to the newest map. This is why game companies win, because they know everyone is a sucker for the newest thing.

If you are playing with other people, you can have one keep reviving you half way then stop then revive again, this is a way to get a long afterlife to turn a lot of stuff on!

SOLO is so far the only timre I noticed it, its too hard to find good players in muti, every one just shoots shoots shoots and before you know it your at level 6-7 and no one has done any of the missions, hell in solo im on the bridge at round 6-7 every time.

Jumping is very "expensive".. if you jump, your time will be shorten rapidly... this is strange man.

yes it is odd, it did it to me again last night, I was in the first level about to get the key and open the caf gate, I only had enough time to open the gate and I allmost didnt make it, I am very quick about it no zapping of zombies or more jumping then is required, most of the time I can get key, open gate and zap the center meter.

I don't have any issues going into afterlife. If by the wardens office, I can get key, power gate to warden, turn on speed n double dap(if door is open) and still turn power on to cell with ammo in it. Doing all that while running and jumping/levitating like twice. Still have time to revive myself.
