Unhandled exception caught

When i start up the leaderbords in the game.
It says "Unhandled exception caught".
But in Multiplayer i have no problems only in zombie mode.
I can play it but not look in the leaderbords.

2. Right click on BO2 Zombies.
3. Properties
4. Local Files (Tab)
5. "Verify Integrity of Game Cache"

If you have a load of friends, try deleting some inactive friends from your friends list.. 5-10. This should work.

i have this problem 2 weeks ago. when you have more than 60 Friend in List this error comes up. Delete some and it will work again.. Sry for my bad english

Hey. To solve this issue:

Go to your Steam folder.
Click on "steamapps"
Click on "common"
Click on "Call of Duty Black Ops II"
Click on the folder "players"

Locate the files with "hardware"

If you have the error with campaign, delete the file "hardware.chp"
If you have the error with multiplayer, delete the file "hardware_mp.chp"
If you have the error with zombies, delete the file "hardware_zm.chp"

MAKE A BACKUP OF THE FILE JUST IN CASE IT DOESN'T WORK!

Worked for me too, but that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. Why can't Zombies handle 60+ friends? I mean I need a lot of people in my friends list.

Yours might not be related to the leaderboard as i have only seen the issue when people have over 60 or more friends. It also been said if you have over 100 or more friends you don't get the issue.
This issue has always been here since the games release. Steam nor Treyarch have announced any issues with the friends list.
