Russian Language Pack Defaultly Equipped?

ALL the language things in BO2 are in Russian! I can't read it. If someone can help, that'd be awesome. Just so you know, I got this outside of Steam/

where did you buy this from? if you got this from a russian game site, it's your fault and we probably can't help you.

The cheap ass Russian version of the game ONLY comes the the Russian language, if you want it in English or another European language then you'll have to buy the game again.

There is no way to change the language.
