Black Ops 2 Zombies Freezes and Crashes

The game will keep going and the audio sounds fine. I can hear myself enter the pause menu (and navigate around in it), shoot my weapon, die, be revived and all the usual stuff but the screen is frozen on one frame of the game. It stays like that until I ctrl+alt+delete out.

I reinstalled the windows, clean the pc inside and all the usual stuff but it still crashes. :/

I get this issue too. To me it's only in Zombies. I can run other games flawlessly for my PC at what I normally run it at. I can't seem to last long in Origins before my game just freezes for a few seconds then goes black, but I can still hear and see my mouse when I press escape and what not, just can't see. I would love a fix for this if anyone knows how or what to do.

I know I can run this game fine so there is no need for me to post my specs, plus I've updated to latest drivers and resintalled game and verified the game cache.

I don't know how the Oblivinati gets it or if it happens under certain circumstances, but I've tried lowering the resolution to the lowest it can go, 800 x 600 with all settings off or on low and it still happens even though I get max FPS at times... I don't understand this game, but I wish treyarch would still update it to at least fix some bug issues.

Well, sometimes it freezes in some points, sometimes it freezes at some rounds, sometime it does nott freez at all, yeah this game its kinda broken and it needs an update, my directx, graphic video its up to date, and I have this problem only in zombie.
My gta 5 works fine, my gta 4 works fine, my WoW works fine and all other games, this problem its only in zombie and its getting annoying when it happens.

Naa, I don`t have low frames at all, I`m not the only one with this problem isn`t a performance problem
my friend with dual core and nvidia geforce 7300 haven`t got 1 freez in 2 years of playing.
I`ve play with low graphics too, doesn`t seems to work.

yes and also there is a bug with the leaderboard new rounds records wont show up. only the leaderboard of ( doors opent, revives, perks etc works)

you need to have a lower friend list to acces leaderboard ( dunno why but thats the fix )

tengo el mismo problema, mi juego se bloquea pero sigue emitiendo sonido. Me parece un problema raro, antes este juego funcionaba perfecto en este mismo pc. ¿alguien tiene solucion?
Ahora utilizo Windows10 pero tampoco deberia ser el error

2019 and it still crashes. Support is over for this game, sadly. I deleted it long ago because of the random crashes in zombie mode. Back then I had a i5-3330 paired with a GTX750 and the first 2 years were flawless until it started crashing randomly (more like freezing while the sound keeps going until I ctl+alt+delete). I have tried reinstalling the game and Windows, made sure all the drivers were up to date but the issue is in the game. Now I just tried it again because nostalgia kicked in. I have a i7-9700k , gtx1060 6GB and 16GB of DDR4 memory and it still crashed 2 minutes in. Obviously I can run any other game without any trouble.
