what do you see ? do you get disconnected ?

maybe its your UPnP (try to reset your router)

people also getting disconnected with a laptop...(saw this problem on some forums)

you also can try to set the search setting on ''any'' - for this :

1 start CoD zombies

2 click ''online''

3 now go to public match

4 press the ''S'' button

5 set the setting on ''any''

if this does not work here are some forums...

If you can't join but can load the game, your NAT is probably not set to OPEN. It needs to be set to open, can't be strict or moderate.

When you join the game does it say your NAT is OPEN? If not then that's why you cant join. If your using a router (most do) then it needs to be set up to play the game. Google how to get open nat in BO 2. Lots of info.

Well, since I live in Mexico, most (if not all) the methods on how to open your NAT are not possible here. So... I'll just live with it I guess. Until I find a solution that is.

As far as I am aware of, a router is a router no matter where you live. There may be differences but nothing to where you shouldnt be able to access the router and make changes.
Unless mexico blocks off router ports (some countries do), you shouldnt be having a problem.

If you can't open the ports for some reason, try putting the router in the dmz, that should open all ports.
