Why do i move backwards so slow
when i hold s on the keyboard ill move slower than a slug and sometimes move diagonally

I had this issue and I got a solution. Go to options -> settings -> advanced. Then on that screen turn off "sync every frame". Then below that turn "max frames per second" to 120 or lower. Fixed my issue and hopefully yours.
