2 PCs from Home IP
Me and my brother can not play BOII Zombies at the same time. uPNP is enabled. ALL other games work when we play at the same time, inclusive of TF2, Planetside 2, L4D, Minecraft and many more. Only BOII seems to be badly developed for home networks. We don't want to disable uPNP since it work on all the other games. What is the issue here????

When you say you can not play, what is happening? I'm currently using the same set up with my girlfriend on one modem/router. There are a couple different options for you involving port forwarding and DMZ.

Well first you have to have the bandwidth to even play the game from the same location. Most people DO NOT have enough bandwidth to run more than one game at a time. Gaming using alot of bandwidth, trying to run 2 computers that's playing a online game isn't easy like playing on a console.

If you think you have enough bandwidth, then make sure on both computers have everything setup correctly, check windows firewall to see if Steam is set to home/work network and not just public, it's been known to be set to just public.

You need to check your router and either use port forwarding or put your router in the dmz. I use dmz.
You also may need to stop your IP from changing. Either use a static IP or simply put your IP address in the routers DHCP Reservation List.

In my area, having Cox or Verizon FIOS is well over the needed amount of bandwidth for multiple PCs gaming. Not sure what other area's offer though.

Because I use FIOS, my modem and router are one device, so the DMZ will only let me set it to one IP address/computer. However, using DMZ did not put my NAT to open, but it's worked for others. I had to use port forwarding for 3074, then set the other PC to look at 3075 as if it was 3074 since you can only have one port open per PC.

Having Cox or Fios doesn't mean you have enough bandwidth. I have known people that have those but because of where they are located don't get the full bandwidth that other customers get. You'd need around 20MB download and about a 2MB upload to run more than one computer at the same time.

I have a combo also, I can set dmz to the whole network or individual computers. My combo automatically sets all my computers with there own IP so it reserves them for me.

Errr not sure where you got your numbers. Online gaming uses very little bandwidth. It's only an issue if people have a cap usage, and play it a lot. But...that's why I said in my area. Even the lowest package out here is more than enough for multiple gaming machines. Honestly I haven't run into anyone that had bandwidth problems in many many years.

And my FIOS router is very basic when using DMZ. I can set one PC to it, that's it. However, it does set up the IP's so I don't need to do static. But even with the DMZ enabled on one PC, it didn't open the NAT for it.

My source is me. I use multiple computers for gaming. I can run 2 comps, a xbox 360 for gaming and be just fine. Since you didn't provide any bandwidth numbers for your connection when I say alot I am meaning 10mb download and around 1mb download. The higher the upload the better host you can be. And no, the lowest package is not capable of running multiple gaming machines unless you are meaning your lowest package, every carriers package is different. Some are just plain down right crap.

If your NAT is not open then you have a windows/router firewall issue or your IP is changing. If your IP address is changing then just set it in the routers DHCP Reservation List. If your router does that automatically then that is done.
Something must be wrong if you have comp is in the dmz but then need to use port forwarding. Your ports are already open using the dmz.

Had same problem, but my router can Port Forward only DMZ.

Forward ONLY port 3074 to first PC and port 3075 to the second PC don't use the other ports and don't forward the other ports to the PCs.

Which router are you using?

Do not put your PCs into DMZ it would make it worse. You may want make sure your NAT is open (there may be probles while translating adresses). Also remeber your WAN adress is same for both computers, so idk if the game supports it.
