Physically can't Jump / Jumping is very buggy

Ok so whenever i play bo2 multiplayer or zombies on steam or plutonium, my jump is SUPER glitchy. Usually it just straight up doesn't work, sometimes its randomly fine. If i ever load into a custom game or a solo zombies game, if my jump works, ill get stuck in the air for a few seconds. I have this issue on controller as well so the issue is not my keyboard

Ive tried messing with controls and graphical settings such as vsync (which can make some controls laggy in other games) but the issue persists. Ive done loads of searching but no one else seems to have had this issue.

Any help is appreciated

Black Ops II engine moment. A fair amount of the game's behavior is influenced by your framerate. In this case having uncapped FPS or higher FPS than 200 can ravage you with these exact glitches. Black Ops II may be one of the more optimized cods made to this point, but it is ironically too broken to be playable at FPS higher than 200.
