Disconnected from cod servers HELP

Hello, everytime i´m playing zombies i keep getting disconnected from the call of duty servers, and i don´t have any error code just "You have been disconnected from the Call of Duty: Black ops II servers."

PC Specs:
AMD FX-8350
16GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB


- I have good internet, 200 up/down 3 ping
- Nvidia graphics updated
- Windows 10 Updated
- NAT: Open
- Open ports for COD
- Already reboot pc
- Unistalled and installed again
- Reset my router

I just get randomly disconnected from the server, please help me.

So this is literally just Treyarch/Activisions end. They shut down the servers for CODBO2 ages ago (Since this was a 2012 release), and now they've left it in a terrible state.

My problem with this isn't getting disconnected, it's that I have no option to play offline like with Xbox 360, so then I'm forced to restart if I do get disconnected.

Really great if you're in the middle of an Easter Egg, and you get DCd lol

yeah it´s the same thing i was thinking, i wish they add local play, but since playing on steam is free i guess they never thought someone will ever play in local play.

I can confirm it too. Not so often in solo but I was playing with a friend on town and we got disconnected 2 times recently while on high round town (30+) and it's sooo frustrating.

To be honest, it is to be expected from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ company like activision, they only care for the current cod, so they just leave some garbage servers on for the players that still play.

However it's unacceptable that this can happen WHILE PLAYING SOLO too. The day (and this day will come at some point) that they decide for bo2 to go mia and they shut down all servers just frightens me. I guess they'll just give the option to play offline then but still, we're talking about activision, they don't give a f***.

Zombies mode is timeless and I don't want to be locked from playing again just because of a server shutdown :(

Yeah exactly zombies is timeless, its a shame that people can´t play, but im wondering why everybody is looking for people for EE, so they not get disconnected? I´m thinking there is a way to play this game, an just a few people know how to fix this issue.

Server issues are also location related. Different servers in Europe, in North America, in Asia etc.
However, yeah, if there's a fix to it, I'm interested to hear it as well.

At the moment im waiting in the activision support chat,I´m willing to wait 10 hours, i need an answer from activision.

If i found the fix, i will post it here.

I'd like to add,that the BO2 servers for both multiplayer and zombies are P2P, which means there's no actual servers. However, and I must clarify this; there are data servers, for storing player data, NOT for hosting games. So you can still connect to the servers and play the game, but, you're not using Activisions servers when you play online.

Game hosting being P2P is why you get one person with 8 ping and the rest have 100+. Still though, it's frustrating that it can disconnect you from a service that isn't being provided.

same here man, i have been playing origins a few times. After 30 minutes / 1 hour I just get disconnected with the same problem, it's so frustrating.

I was with activision support and they are aware of the issue, but they dont do anything and keep insisting is my internet connection.
So yeah i downloaded bo2 plutonium and im playing there with no problem
