The ADFGX Cypher... (Looking For Help)

The Mob of the dead ADFGX cypher is one of the most known cyphers in call of duty zombies, simply because it hasn't been solved. This cypher is one that keeps me up at night because i've been trying to solve it. If anybody could offer a hand I would appreciate it. What I know is that due to the layout the keyword is six letters in which placed alphabetically the last too letters are then in front, the keyword isn't important as with out it there are only 48 possible combinations. In which both 1 and 2 are the first two digits in the combination. the main reason the cypher is unsolved is because of the 5 x 5 polybius square. A - Z with i/j doesn't work, and there are over 150 septilion combinations the square could be.
Therefore I believe somewhere just somewhere in black ops 2 zombies, probably hidden in MOTD is the 5 x 5 polybius square we need.
