i'm trying to get tier 3 as soon as possible, where can one find the means to unlock it? i'm at the last area after the boss

Love the concept but struggling with some bugs and general game play. -bug where multiple dinosaurs spawn after fight starts -cant select carnivore or herbivore in main menu or upgrades in game with keyboard -every time i exit the menu my dino attacks -tried to change map area and accidentally restarted my run (not a bug but way to easy to accidentally restart)...
