Tera (gameforge) login with steam created account
How to loginto Tera website (gameforge) when the Account was created via Steam. I didnt had to enter an email so how can i login on the homepage now? FYI it did not use my the email from my steam acocunt.

Well, this isn't possible even if you have a regular account. If you want to link a new account, you gotta send a ticket. rip

yes their support is very fast and helpfull, replies are within a day except sat-sun (weekend, give them a break ^^)

A break from their hard work? Some people play the most over the weekend. Support don't even handle payment or account issues requests. What online business doesn't work at weekends? We're talking about 2 people (i.e. 2 bilingual reps) handling priority tickets at weekends. Don't try to excuse their carelessness, please.

still better then cherrycredits, dont work fri-sat-sun, need 3 days for a simple question, dont care if its support or for something you paid, very bad support

allot of games dont have support in weekend (unless 2 teams) so i think its fair to say they are better then most supports, cant say their support is best, but still rather good
