Game Save Issues

I've had two crashes with this game. The first time I lost all my save data which makes no sense since it should have been backed up to the cloud. So I have no clue how that happened. The second time, I had already beaten the game and I was playing a mission over again. When it crashed this time, I lost data back to the last part of the last mission. When I beat that, 3 times the game did not seem to register that I beat the game. When I went into my missions I could only select the last one.

Anyone else having issues like this? I really love the game, but it's starting to annoy me.

'That sucks, I had to turn off the cloud syncing myself earlier and had lost progress, losing 6 sequences would suck pretty badly. Here was the info I got from Ubisoft:

"The cloud servers check file information when syncing and will update to the latest used profile. This information is synced to the cloud upon closing your game. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually download a savegame file from the servers.

Unfortunately, if your save file is not available in-game, there is no way to recover the data. I recommend that you disable the cloud sync feature via the Uplay Client options to prevent any future issues.

I also recommend that you use a third-party game save manager such as GameSave Manager in case the issue reoccurs:

He didn't tell me where the data is stored, but it might the the data inside:
