Try disable DirectX 11. The graphics looks like better now.
I can say the graphics are equally good and bad. They do some things really well, other things look pretty bad.
It's a step up from the advanced warfighter games, but as far as ubisoft shooters go, the graphics are pretty standard. Considering the game is old(-ish) now as well.
On the whole it looks nice. But when you look up close, especially at characters, like during cutscenes, it's not very detailed.
But graphics don't make a game, gameplay makes a game. And this has fun gameplay
The cutscenes are terrible though. And don't get me started on those terribly cheap menu systems.
