What I would suggest trying next, would be to disable full-screen optimizations in the same place where you found the compatibility mode settings.
I would also verify your game files, in case somehow any game files have become corrupt or any supporting software is missing causing these crashes, as shown in this guide >
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335
Finally, in your Nvidia or AMD control panel software, select 'Manage 3D settings' > Application Settings > Select the game Future Soldier and change the settings 'Anisotropic Filtering' and 'Antialiasing - Mode' to the 'Application controlled', then select apply.
Please give these 3 steps a try and let us know what happens next?

So after playing for some hours I can confirm, that I can play the game without any problems or crashes. I disabled the full-screen optimizations and changed the stuff on the Nvidia control panel.
Since I already verfied my files I didn't do it again, cause it said everything is fine with the files.
After all it runs like nothing ever has happened.
Thanks a lot for the help!
Thank you for your update,
