Best race for burglar? and why?

I'd say that hobbits have bit better passive traits and race traits compared to men, even tho those don't really matter in the end much if at all. And lore wise, Bilbo is the most famous burglar and inspiration to the class. Besides, hobbit burgers look lot cooler!

But basically, go for what you feel is best for you.

if your going to use any race as a burgler, i would use either an Elf or a Hobbit. Dwarves shouldnt because they are best used as melee or tank (because of their high health and regen), and Men can fill almost any role but arnt as built for stealth as Elves or Hobbits. Plus Humans dont realy look well in Burgler attire.

I think hobbits are usually seen as ideal for burglers, but it doesn't make a significant difference. I have a low-level burglar who is of the race of man.
