If it is for LOTRO, then that is your userid and password to login.
If it is for another Turbine product, you can create a new account or link your LOTRO SUBSCRIPTION to your exisitng account.
Check {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO}support.turbine.com for "how" to add a subscription to an existing account.
You may have to submit a Ticket to Turbine {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO}(support.turbine.com) or call them, to get things straightened out.

go in there and click the "here" link and just fill out the ticket :)

Your key should be applied directly to your account... I don't thinkj they will send an email from support, they will just apply it.... check your account info
If you get a key via email, simply login to your existing Turbine account and then apply that key. It should automatically add LOTRO to your exising account.
This is THE best way to get a quick response if something is wrong with your account, I have had trouble in the past and calling is the best way to quickly resolve it.
