Is yopur Turbine account for LOTRO or some other producet (DDO/AC1/AC2)?

If it is for LOTRO, then that is your userid and password to login.

If it is for another Turbine product, you can create a new account or link your LOTRO SUBSCRIPTION to your exisitng account.

Check {LINK REMOVED} for "how" to add a subscription to an existing account.

You may have to submit a Ticket to Turbine {LINK REMOVED} or call them, to get things straightened out.

yeah okey found it :) had to request a free key by a ticket so i guess it will arrive in my mailbox very soon (i hope) so that i can link LOTRO to my allready existing turbine account :)

for ppl with the same issue this is the link i used to sort out my problem: http://support.turbine.com/link/portal/24001/24001/Article/186/Login-Error-The-username-entered-does-not-have-an-active-LOTRO-subscription-Please-try-another-username

go in there and click the "here" link and just fill out the ticket :)

thank you Valamar for your support and i hope this helps other players with the same problem in the future :)

I wish I had known this years ago when I setup my ddo and lotro accounts, I'd love for them to be on the same Turbine account, but now there's no way to merge them.

Try sending them an email and see if they can transfer/merge your accounts :) the worst answer you can get is a no :)

It depends on When...I came from DDO during the LOTRO beta... had to create a separate account. Could not combine accunts until about a year later.

Your key should be applied directly to your account... I don't thinkj they will send an email from support, they will just apply it.... check your account info

If you get a key via email, simply login to your existing Turbine account and then apply that key. It should automatically add LOTRO to your exising account.

Not sure how they go about it, but i assume i will get a confirmation email sent to my mail that the ticket issue is resolved and if they add the key/subscription to my account i assume that will be stated in the email unless they just provide a key for me to manually enter at the turbine account management! still no mail OR subscription for LOTRO on my turbine acc, guess its quite late for game support now tho

You can have them add give you a sub code to add to one game's account from the other.. So if you play LotRO but want to play DDO, you can get a code from them that will add a DDO "subscription" to your account so you can login to both.

UPDATE: So i still havent got any code to enter or a subscription added to my turbine account, feels like i should have gotten it by now but i guess ill wait a day or 2 before i write another ticket ! still cant confirm that this solution accually works.

The fastest way to get an answer is to call them on the phone -- the number is under "contacts" on the support site.

I can confirm that it works, but it may take upwards of a week using the ticket solution.

This is THE best way to get a quick response if something is wrong with your account, I have had trouble in the past and calling is the best way to quickly resolve it.
