Buying and riding a horse in LOTRO

I just joined the Crickhollow server yesterday. I'm Level 17 now. I buyed the Riding skill in The Shop. Now how do i buy a horse and control it.

you can buy common horses at the Hengstacer Farm, in Bree-Land (cohordinates on Bree-Land map [22.3S, 52.3W])
better horses can be obtained through deeds and as rewards from some quests. also, when you max reputation with one faction, you can buy from the faction vendor a specific horse.
finally, you get horses by changing tokens you collect during festivals, such as the summer festival which is currently going on
