Game doesn't Launch at all. (MAC)
when I hit the "play" button, all it tells me is, "lotro launcher cannot be launched because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure lotro launcher works with this version of Mac OS X." what do I do? I don't understand the error. im running on Mac OS X version 10.6.8.

Game requirements:

Minimum
OS: 10.7.5
Processor: 2.0 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 2 GB
Hard Disk Space: 25 GB of available space
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000 or better
Sound: Integrated Sound

Is this just for the steam launcher? or for LOTRO all together?

It's for LOTRO. Each game has it's own requirements listed separately.

Well, thanks for the info! I'm going to update my OS tonight, so I can finally play this game.

Related problem—I have all the minimum requirements for the Mac version of LOTRO, but I just finished downloading all the content and when trying to play in the "recommended" server for the first time, it said, "Failed to queue for server (0x80004005)." Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm not having any problems, but I did have to turn off my firewall to play when I first installed the LOTRO client on my Mac when it first came out. I'm unsure if that's still a requirement.

1- The first issue is Apple's Gatekeeper

2- The "queue for server" issue implies that you are attempting to login to a "full" server.
Pick another server or upgrade to VIP status to get moved to the head of the queue.

The "Recommended" server is frequently Full.... because new players are being dumped there "automatically."
