Failed to queue
Is this game still up? I can get into my account on the turbine website, but whenever I select a server it says it can't queue.

Still getting failed to queue - fresh steam install, with existing account. I tried rebooting modem and PC

No luck after rebooting modem, PC and flushing DNS cache. Never had trouble with non steam version but cannot log into any server now

Tried all the suggested solutions, including adding firewall exceptions for lotroclient and turbinelauncher, out of ideas at this point. I made sure to try several different servers and no luck

so you ran tracert and can contact the game servers, you have tried multiple worlds, you did the flush dns cache, you've rebooted, you have rebooted your modem, your firewall is open, you have done everything in the support faqs ... if you havent already time to file a trouble ticket ... Im out of ideas also ... (saw one other event where this happened - turbine put a hold on the account because it was accessed by a third party site so check your email for mail from turbine)

I would also add, that as of yesterday's Hotfix, Turbine has banned a number of accounts for "exploits" in the Moors.
Call Turbine support on the phone on the chance that your account got locked out by mistake.

Don't try to resolve the issue via a ticket.

Thanks for the help guys - I did submit a ticket but will call if there's no response.

Got this resolved - it was an account issue. Could use a clearer error message but I'm all set.
