Hello everyone,

I'm a long time player of LOTRO (Been here since 2008, holy moly) who is feeling rather lonely in the game at the moment. My three good friends, with whom I always played, have left the game for varying reasons, leaving me all alone in Middle Earth. LOTRO is far more fun when playing with others, and as such, I would love some company.

I play on the Elendilmir server, and my main character is Beregost. I have lots of alts at all different levels, and I would be happy to help with anything, anywhere, at any level. I've done most of the instances and some raids, so if anyone is looking for a laid back person to help them run through the game, look no further! :P

I've been in a small, 3 man kinship for my entire LOTRO career. Despite everyone else leaving, I have kept it alive... so! If you happen to be looking for a kinship / a person to help you with anything from questing to crafting to whatever you can imagine, I can help you out. I am here and play mostly for the story, and for the ability to explore Tolkien's beautiful world. I love challenges, I do not mind dying a lot (I am quite used to it, given my small group background :P ) , and I just really love this game and desperately want some tolkien-loving, laid back, humor loving folks who enjoy a good time to hang out with.

Awesome! :D So happy that I got some responses! I downloaded LOTRO before I got Steam, so it will not show me as in game on steam. Just send me a message if you're on, or I'll probably message you.

Jomama, you can pick whatever race and class you like. :D The advantages and disadvantages to each race are a litle harsh at first, but once you play and level up a bit, they'll balance out, so in the end, it does not really matter which you pick. I have a soft spot for Dwarves and Hobbits, honestly. :P

ChildAtPlay, I'd love for you to join. :D I'm not sure what servers the game sticks you on when you start (normally it has a list of recommended that it shows for you), and as far as I know, Elendilmir isn't on that list. It used to be a very high population server, but a lot of people transferred to different ones, so it is much smaller now. Normally it recommends the smaller ones for new players to boost the population.

The list shows all servers. The currently recommended one is the first one in the list when the game has just been installed but you can choose any shown.

The list shows all servers, you just have to scroll the list to see them all.

Woah guys, sorry that I have not been on much at all after posting this. :/ With the holidays and all (plus a rather tragic case of Bronchitis) I've been busy and sick to the point where I haven't had much time for lotro. Also, reiterating, I installed and started playing LOTRO long before I got Steam, so it won't show me as in game on steam when I actually am in game, if that makes sense.

9 times out of 10, I will be on my main character, Beregost. However, for those who want to play with me, I'll throw out my whole alt list.

FWIW -- keep an eye on the Forums for changes to the servers coming up. Just announced in yesterday's producer's letter.

I am finishing download now, and am excited to have someone laid back and fun to play with. I AM NOT a hardcore gamer (like my husband), but enjoy a laid back game with people who like to have FUN and realize that for someone like me if it isn't fun I'm not gonna play. I play Neverwinter (so far off of Steam) and have played WOW previously. I have been playing these type games only for a couple of years and was never more than a point and click gamer previously so I'm not awesome, but I enjoy them and have added you as a friend on Steam so maybe we can run together sometimes.
