60 fps at fullscreen :(

Has anyone gotten past 60 fps if use FULLSCREEN? I need to use that mode ONLY since 4K otherwise is too tiny, I scale and sharpen from drivers.

I can SWEAR I had 120 fps at some point...but since then I have updated drivers, so I blame those.

Any workarounds?

I get 70 FPS Thanks to my Nvidia 1070 card.

When you start the Launcher check the Options to make sure you are using your Graphics Card. If you have "Integrated Graphics" LOTRO does especially for Laptops default to this.

Then when In-Game check Options -> Troubleshoot -> Maximum Frame Rate for what it is set to. You might find it's set to 60 FPS.

Found solution...my resolution was wrong, somehow driver/game caps at 60 on several resolutions..now works
