they're all up for me
I'll check again later. Is there any restriction for non-US players trying to login on one of these servers?

Servers are up, atleast for me. And what do you mean by "Did they close LoTR online?"? Do you really think they would shutdown the game permanently and don't announce it in any form or way?
To answer your second post: there are priority log in queues for F2P, Premium and VIP players but those are not restricted for non-US players but by nature of your account (i.e. what kind of account you have). It really is recomeded to read somthing about F2P MMO game before you install it, but i digress.
"Did they close LoTR online?" it is a question not a statement. If I think that they close the server, I would have wrote LoTR is close or something. What I want to know is there any reason why all server shows status DOWN when I try to login. It took me a day to install this game, so, don't bat on me Stinkin' badges. I was just trying to play the game. >:(

Sai, you are right. That part of my post was a bit rude. My apologies about that. I know how frustrating that may be when install takes a good part of your day and after that does not work. Have you checked your firewall settings (or got the notification) after starting the game to allow it through the firewall? Look, i found this page on LOTRO help forums, maybe it will help you: https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthread.php?107727-Network-and-Game-Connection-Troubleshooting-Updated-8-12-2010&p=3758466#post3758466
1- problem updates frequently are posted to the LOTRO Twitter account: https://twitter.com/lotro

2- a convient way to monitor server status is with an iPhone app, and web site:

However, that host is currently suffering from a "cloud" problem itself. (I believe the website and the Service are located in the UK.)

At this time (18:53 EST) only Snowbourn is down. All other servers are showing as up.

Have you ever successfully played LOTRO?

If not check your firewall settings.
See: {LINK REMOVED}

While written for the Mac Client, the information also applies to the PC client -- you just have to figure out how to fix them on your Windows machine.
Thanks for the info guys! Its all working now. Its probably the client or my firewall. Restarting the client fix it.
