I've tried both using their own launcher and using the steam launcher using card and paypal but the store just won't allow me to purchase lotro points at all

I can't believe that in a game with such heavy monetization, it's such a pain to buy the damn currency.

I mean the game is free … I move over form eso where everything you need to buy so it really doesn’t seem like such “heavy” monetization imo. But it’s an old game the store ui and whole game is out dated it’s amazing it’s still running for how old it is.

Older games such as wow are still running just fine with a completely functional store 4 years later SWTOR was released which is also still running just fine with a functioning store.

Start the game from your folders. Skip steam. This way I was able to buy points.

Ok ? This store is still functioning too it’s just older style. At least this is Tolkien and not something boring like wow which has boring world and cartoon graphics
