how do download higher resolution textures?

when first started up the game i was offered to download enhanced textures but said no and it said that i could do it later if i decide to. where do i go to download the enhanced graphics?

From the forums:

You should be able to set the textures to ultra high in settings, which will force the game to restart and patch the High-Res textures.... *if* they are missing from your installation.

In the launcher, next to language and the (-) in the upper right, hit the down caret (v) and go to options. In there is checkbox for high res textures.

i found this but im on steam deck and anything i click on in that window doesnt work or activate. i should have just said yes to the download when first starting the game

Ahh, I haven't used the steam deck - I'm on PC. If all else fails, uninstall & reinstall with the High res pack I guess?

Do you have a USB Hub so you can connect a Monitor, Mouse & Keyboard to it? Could use that with your Steam Deck and try to use the Launcher Options. Can't say it'll work but it worth a shot if you have that option.

Only other option would be to Uninstall & Reinstall while making sure to select that High Resolution Option.
