Can you buy cosmetic shields in store?

If yes, under what category are they? If not, where can I get them? I swear I saw a player, low level, run around with a white cosmetic shield on him.

It's easy enough to borrow a shield for a minute to put it in a cosmetic slot.
But I'd say: Check the store for cosmetic shields? you can search on keywords.

I have tried searching on keywords, nothing came up on shield etc.

In that case, the user probably borrowed the shield from someone so he could slot it as cosmetic. (Or the player has high level alts, and shared a shield in the wardrobe)

Ah alright, thanks for the replies. Couldn't find any sword cosmetics either.

Weapons and Shields are unfortunately not cosmetic.... you can slot a shield or weapon into an appropriate slot to RP with, but there is no way to actually change the look of an item. (I really hope they will add this at some point)

Youc can't change the look of the item itself, but you can cosmetically slot a weapon or shield as part of your shown cosmetic outfit. So yes, you can cosmetically equip weapons and shields now in LoTRO.

It's been added in the last update :-)
