new to lotro ..high res pack..

hi I downloaded the steam client and installed it and when I fininshed the installation a popup appered to me asking if i want to downlaod addictional 6gb for high res textures...

i skipped it since the popup saw that I could install them later selecting high res textures from game client...

now I setted the graphic to dx 11 and ultra in game and tagged to use the high res textures from game client but the client is not downlaoded anything..

is my game with high res textures downloaded yet?

If you mark the box in the launcher options to 'use high resolution game data', then you'll download the textures (if you haven't already), and use them ingame.

yes but after i marked the box and relaunched the game the client downlaoded nothing..

You have to re-run the installer. select the option that does not involve removing the game from your computer, and then continue on through the installer as if it were the first time. It will skip all of the downloads you've already done, and if you select to use the high resolution pack you'll see another download start that should be around 6-7 Gb. If you elect to not use the high res stuff again, it'll just go straight to the login page.

Had it on one computer and then didn't do it on the new one. Honestly if your computer can't handle playing on Ultra High it's really not that big of thing.
