lotro HELP me please

just started this game today (Elven Hunter) and it's telling me to go to the hunter trainer to learn penetrating shot well I've been looking in every tab for help and have tried countless things but it will not show up so I can buy and learn it. I've gotten my focus up, leveled my character up, still nothing. so frustrated, please help!

if i remmember the last time i played, there is no need to go to the trainer unless there is a quest you have perform to level up at certain points. check for a quest over the trainer's head and complete that task. http://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Hunter check this website for the 411. Sometimes the quest will be some hunter far and away.

Use the skill Penetrating Shot against a Training Dummy
1 Target the Dummy
2 shoot the dummy with your other 2 skills and autoattack.
3 use Penetrating Shot when you gather 3 focus from shooting the dummy with other skills

Hit the K key to bring up your active skills list, you should have the skill in there to place on the quickbar or it is on the quickbar. Penetrating shot is the grey third skill at level 1 because it requires 3 points of focus so drag it to the 5 spot on the quickbar. It don't really have a noticable change when it is charged up so look at the focus meter and fire at around 3 focus.

Nice of the devs awhile back to make training automatic and zero cost.

Thanks for this! I actually figured it out. had to go to the skills tab in the character screen to add it to my weapons bar. shenanigans.
