UI Scaling is a key goal for this especially for Higher Resolutions. It's taking a while, once they started working on such, as there is a fair amount of "Non-Scaling" elements of LOTRO they need to be worked on. Further they had to shift Development Time to the 2024 Legacy of Morgoth Expansion.
We'll have to wait & see what 2025 holds for anything to do with LOTRO's UI.
One thing discussed was having it where the Game Map could be kept up, scale-able, and so on but no ETA on when this could occur.
So things "will" happen with LOTRO's UI but we'll only know to what extent once they provide more info in 2025 & beyond.
