After I downloaded the game I got this message in the launcher. I reinstalled the came 2 times already but didn't help. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I had the same issue, use the LOTRO launcher options to repair the game, it will tell you that it has to delete 34 gigs and restart, go ahead and accept.

Thank you, tried what you suggested and it initially started downloading some files but when it finished it did the same error again.

I got the same issue. I downloaded non steam launcher directly from web-site, that's the way I fixed this problem.

Same here. I fixed it by uninstalling the game and then deleting the game file. For me that is Windows(C) > Program Files(x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Lord of the Rings. And then reinstalling.
