Shared vault?

Hi all, from what I can gather gaining VIP status at one time came with shared vault space.
I'm VIP but when I bring up the shared vault it says no capacity. Is this no longer the case?

just checked before the servers going down this morning,
my shared storage is there. been awhile since I got VIP so do not really remember what shared account looked like back then.

there is this from lotro wiki:
Shared Storage must be purchased but is available to all account types: VIP, Premium and Free to Play
The first "upgrade" adds 20 slots to the shared storage space, each subsequent upgrade adds 10 slots.
All upgrades must be purchased from the Lotro Store.

I think it came with VIP back when everyone was VIP i.e. it was a sub only game.

Once the game shifted to F2p shared storage became a purchase item for all with no connection to your account status.

You get free shared wardrobe while vip but shared storage has to be bought no matter what account status you have
