steely dawn starter pack

I recently purchased the steely dawn starter pack on a key website, and redeemed the steam code that I got, but I don't see the armor set in game. Is there something else I need to do to redeem it or should I contact SSG support?

Problem with buying stuff that is no longer listed.
You can try redeeming it in the ingame shop. Otherwise yeah - contact support.

Basically they said that since they moved to a new store system in august, it's unredeemable now. Sad, but it is what it is I guess.
