screenshots

i can't get screenshots to work in LOTRO. i have tried every button possible but it doesn't take them. i have steam overlay enabled. any ideas?

F12 is screenshots in Steam IIRC, the games default is PRT SCRN.

The Print Screen key doesn't work? What is your screenshot key set to for Steam?

i have tried print screen but it doesn't do anything. i have tried setting the shortcut to pretty much every key and it won't take them still.

when i press win,alt + print screen the screen flashes but no screenshot is saved

In-game it's F12 to remove the UI and F11 to take a screenshot.

Print Screen just captures the screen to the buffer. You have to paste the screenshot into a program to save it.

i still can't get it to work, i have it set to save to

localdisk c: /programfiles/ steam /userdata/ random number/ 760/ remote

for some reason they kept saving to the xbox app so i uninstalled that, changd the folder they are saved too and it still isn't working

oh and when i press f11 in game it comes up in the lotro chat that the screenshot has been saved to disk

I can't remember...does it give a filename when it brings up that message in chat? If so, have you searched for that filename?

it doesn't give a file name it just says its been saved to disk

Screenshots are saved to the folder in Documents.

Thank you i have found them but how do i get them from there onto steam? everytime i try to upload a screenshot to steam it says i dont have any
