High Elf or normal elf?

I´m new and i don´t know which one is better.

Just pick which one you prefer.
It's not critical from a gameplay perspective.

The bonuses and penalties on the races are so minimal just pick the one that you like

Depending on the class it doesn't make much difference, but for some there may be an advantage in being one or the other. If you're a hunter, for example, elf is better because of the 5% damage with bows.

If you're brand new the normal elf will give you the better tutorial experience.

Ya regular Elf is better for a new player. High elf starts in a higher lvl area and has to do a large scaled battle at lvl 100 right off the bat... so better of to learn the game with a regular Elf.

High Elf unless you pick an archer. High Elf has an increased movement speed (+10%).
Elf has increased damage with bows.
