'No subscription found' Solution

Howdy, I don't know if someone's already posted this before, but I just got this resolution recently.

I already had a DDO account, so I couldn't login to LOTRO with my same credentials. I submitted a ticket and received this response:

"Thank you for your interest in Lord of the Rings Online! Please follow the directions below, with the included key, to add your new subscription:

Go to https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com
Enter your new key in the "Have a Product Key" field: YCZKZKDCTELT2Z2LPLHWEFMHW
Select YES when asked if you already have an account.
Enter your account login details.
Set your subscription nickname.
Read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then click 'Submit'.
Then start or restart your game launcher and play!"

A quick search on other forums also has the product key they gave me posted around the internet, and at the very least, it let me play the game. Hopefully this helps anyone trying it out for the first time (but also didn't realize they had an old DDO account :P)

Keep trying, or put in a support ticket they respond pretty damn fast.

Oh no, I've already used the code and it worked! I was just leaving it here in case other people run into the same issue (and maybe they don't need to put in a ticket).

Support has been great so far!
