How can I bank my items?

I am having trouble finding a way to store my items. I know there is a way because I played about 2 years ago, but I can't seem to find a bank or something similar. I'm currently in Celondim so if anyone knows the nearest bank, I'd be very grateful.

Look for the Vault keeper at the top of the hill. there is one in the start area for the elves. You could get quicker response by asking questions in regional or world game chat. But i suggest you read Lotro-wiki to catch up on what you forgot before you ask a lot of easy questions in chat. Also maybe make a new character and go through the tutorial again. Run around the start area and look at each person and look at your map. Check some of the lotro guides in steam. Look for some youtube videos on guides of lotro.

Another way to find specific things like a vault keeper is to open the map and clear all the icons from it, then select only the icon(s) of interest, like the vault. Turning that icon on and off makes it "blink" which can make it easier to spot on a complicated map.

Thanks. I actually already did start a new character. I found the bank right after I posted this LOL
