Failed to Launch Client "No Subscription to LOTRO Found"
Title.

I'm not sure why I can't even launch the client? like the launcher works but I can't actually get in-game?

Can you launch the client, patch, put in your user name and password and press play on the launcher? Or does it say "No Subscription to LOTRO Found"?

I have this happening to me

Make a NEW account for LOTRO if you are a New player to LOTRO. Don't bother trying to use an old turbine account that didn't have LOTRO on it. If you insist on using that old turbine account, you have to get Standing Stones Games CS to email you a product key code that you add to your old turbine account.

If you have played LOTRO in the past and have money invested in LOTRO on that old turbine account, then you need to contact SSG CS anyway to get it fixed.

If you are having problems making an account on the website:
- Try different web browsers like Internet Explorer or Edge, etc.
- Make sure adblocker extentions are disabled and turn web scripts blockers off.
- Open a fresh browser, Type LOTRO.com in the URL bar and enter, it should send you the home webpage, then click the Play Free button at the top right hand corner.
- It has a ReCaptcha thing that you have to check to complete the account, if you fail the reCaptcha, your signup fails.
- It has a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Check mark that you have to complete for new account.
- Valid passwords are between 8 and 15 characters and Must have at least 1 capital letter, at least 1 lower case letter, and at least 1 number, all within 15 characters. Don't use spaces or apostrophes, only use shifted number special characters !@#$%^&*()
- Make sure you have confirmed the password.
- Make sure you put in an Email address that has not been used for any Turbine or SSG account.
- Make sure you have put in the date of your birth.
- Make sure your Username is unique for this signup. At least 1 capital letter, at least 1 lower case letter, and at least 1 number. A valid username should be between 6 to 25 characters, and can contain alphanumeric characters, commas, periods, and underscores. Sequential underscores are invalid.
- If you are still failing, be aware SSG blocks IPs from certain regions of the world, try using a VPN to sign up, you can play without the VPN.
- Make sure you are using an email address that will stay with you where ever you go, like a website email service and make sure they don't close that email address from lack of use or no payment.
- Make sure your email account is Not sending mail from SSG to the spam or blocking it.
- Try making account at different times, or keep trying, if it fails. Maybe website is too busy or broken.
