What a shame they are abandoning support
None of the support links do anything. What a shame, I had that account for like 8 years or more

The Community, Support and Account buttons on the LOTRO launcher work fine for me, opens up the correct webpages in my default webbrowser for each. The links Create your game account and Lost your password? open up the correct webpage in default browser.

If you are depressed that Standing Stone Games are not answering your tickets / emails in a timely manner to you, that is a different story.

Yeah the pages are there but the links to get a password reset do not do anything. According to a thread here they have not worked for months.

I had a response in around 20 hours for my ticket.

Of course I didn't accuse them of running a shame and running to Steam to cry about my ticket either.

I had a positive response about a month ago, I didn't hear they abandoned support completely. Probably just a staff shortage

No response to my ticket from support for 14 days. Very frustrating.

They are training new employees to work in support, so soon things will be normal.
