Can't login to play LOTRO

I just made a new account after my other accounts doesn't work anymore and many change of password the website says that I exceed the maximum attempts for password changes and so when I was trying to login with the new account it just tells me the Username/password is incorrect and that they are case sensitive although I type my Username and password correctly I don't know what to do now.

Try reseting the password again and this time use the tip i give >
- Valid passwords are between 6 and 16 characters with at least one number and cannot contain apostrophes. At least 1 capital letter, at least 1 lower case letter, and at least 1 number, all within 15 characters.

I am Having the same issue i summit a ticket nothing yet thanks. will not let me log in the launcher but i can long into the web site.

Running-Target, I did try to reset the password and making a simple password within the requirements that you said but it just keep telling me that I exceed to many attempts of password reset and must wait 2 minutes to try again, I waited more then 5 min just in case it was a website problem but it just told me the same.

If this is on the main website itself then there is some bug that shows up like that.
I had to use the actual Standing Stone Games website to create an account and log into my LOTR account from there instead of the website they use for LOTRO.

It's quite silly. Try using this. Found this method from a reddit post pertaining to the problem many people had regarding their new LOTRO website they haven't bothered to fix for logging in etc.

And log into your old accounts or new accounts.
Hopefully that works and solves some of your problems.
A lot of people are getting the same problem and mine was solved using this method.

I got it to work. it was weird because i could create a password for the website, but when i tried to log in, it wouldnt.
so i reset the password and withtout the space in them and now it works. thanks for the tips
