That is a blatant lie and you know it.
Eriador quest pack bundle alone costs 4k LP, which is like 60 bucks. And that is only like 1/3 of the game content.
Not to mention convenience stuff like currency/wallet upgrades, riding skills, perk slots, etc, etc.

They need to change the Free to play model. I am not really sure if you as a new player can play the game to level 65 plus without spending at least 30 euro.

I would do this: Buy a new expansion and you will get all needed quest packs to play to the cap. You do not have to get all quest packs but the needed one.

Yeah. If this were a year ago, with the all quest pack code and expansions at 90% discount then yes.

13 euro for VIP, 15 euro for quad pack(includes things the new expansion package does not, saving you money). You dont need the premium vallet right away. 28 euro is the cost for a fresh account. Ofcourse an anime avatar with a private profile would accuse me of lying. Who the hell buys quest packs

13 eur won't "cover you until level 95" unless you did all that in a month. You have to remain subbed for the non-expansion quest packs.
And the base price for the quad pack is 35.
A "fresh" account would be nothing until you reach level 30, then either a sub or grind, until level 45-50 and THEN get the quad pack.
