Mass Refund
Is it possible to me to get a refund from everything i bought over the years because im not even able to login to my account to play everytime, i enter my username and password it keep saying they dont match i even went and changed my password 10 times and made sure i was using the right username and i even submitted a ticket on the website and they still have not contacted me i able to use a very very old account from 2007 and it works but not the one i have ALL my stuff on that i spent alot of money i had to have spent at least 1,000-1,900 dollars over the years playing this game.

PS- No ♥♥♥♥♥♥ jokes saying oh you dumb for spending that much money, i'm very serious about this i spend alot of money on this game and it not allowing me to even login i will ask for a refund or im going to sue

short answer : probably no.
Long answer : good luck with suing them, i'm pretty sure their store page states expacs and such are not eligible for refunds nor would their EULA would be in favor of you. Might have a very slim chance of a refund if you bought them through steam (which I doubt since you say it's a very old account) which then 'may' go with steam's refund policy - which still is very likely to refuse a refund.

On a side note, the game changed hands from turbine to standing stone games some time in the past. So make sure you're using the right website for the account reset stuff - I've even heard SSG had two different websites - one that they actually use (try from lotro.com) and one the launcher takes you to that don't really work. Not really sure on if this is true, but nonetheless, try from lotro.com.

I did reset my account password on Standing game Website more then 10 times and it still won't work
Im think someone is messing with me
Is there a way to see if your account been hacked or Locked or Ban i should not have been Locked or Ban for anything i did cause the last time i played this from 3-5 month ago
If you've reset the password and are entering it exactly as you changed it, perhaps it's a mistake in the username.

Try going to the SSG website using "Forgot your username"

You'd have to get through to support either way. Assuming they're more willing to answer if you threaten with some legal action for failing to provide support for a long time (and high paying) customer.
might be an issue with the server handling these change requests.
if you sent 10 msgs today, you may have to wait until the server is fixed.
if you sent the 10 msgs over the last week, then perhaps try using your old account and logging in on the forums and asking for help on the account support sub forum

I have noted my Account Name & PW in a small book. So, my Name & PW must be right i thought. But the Launcher say wrong username or pw. I have typed in my account name in the launcher and use there "Forgot my PW". That has worked for my 9 years old last login account. Got a mail and created a new PW. Try it in the launcher.
three day holiday weekend in US. you may have to wait until Tuesday for someone to read the ticket/investigate the account issue
Something that's gotten me in the past from time to time was accidentally having the caps lock on.

Also remember the username and password are upper / lower case sensitive.
I've actually done what you are going through to get my old account migrated and onto a current email. It take's awhile. I think I ended up sending them a picture of my CD key codes in my boxset along with name and address and you get the point.

Just letting you know, had the same issue. My acc was suspended for suspicious activity, but all it told me was user/pw was wrong, and was still wrong after multiple PW changes. Someone was messing with or trying to access my account, so they disbanded it. Took like 2 weeks for them to return it. annoying.
