Reset password not working

Hi guys, after a small break of a year I want to come back and activate my new quest pack code but I can't login anymore :(.
So I tried to change my password, I thought I knew my password for sure. I changed it and the new password didn't work. So I changed it atleast another 8 times. Didn't work. Then I made a post on SSG Support games asking for help and its been a week now with no response.

Is there no way to get my account back? I farmed so many lotro points I feel so sad

Never had to deal with password recovery here but it does seem problematic from other reports. I think the best you can do is wait for a response.

i had a hiatus for several year and came back to a suspended account... i dare say you may be in the same boat.

I provided a screenshot with proof to them that I'm the one playing on steam, my hours and paid for subscriptions in the past

They did respond to me eventually though.. and i had to show proof it was my account.. took about a week.

They answered my ticket and told me that they suspended my account because in my location there was unauthorized activity. I dont know if its true but sound suspicious since they are going to take some time to activate my account. I dont understand what happend it is the first time that I am in this situation with a game.
