Report a translation problem
And the website don't permit me to create a new SSG account. I tried using chrome, edge, firefox using gmail, outlook and other e-mail account, and the site not finish the sign up process!
I tried to contact the support, but only have half-baked answers, without any way to contact them!
And the only option is to reset your password, related with the turbine or SGG account... But not creating a new one!
I finished the captcha to click some photos to unlock the whole process. Checked and re-checked a lot of times if the password are the same, the e-mail are ok, if have any problem related with typing something in the wrong place, or have unwanted space in each field...
After all this, I can't find a way to contact and open a ticket asking a proper support...
If you have played LOTRO in the past and have money invested in LOTRO on that old turbine account, then you need to contact SSG CC anyway to get it fixed.

IIf you are having problems making an account on the website:
- Try different web browsers like Internet Explorer or Edge, etc.
- Make sure adblocker extentions are disabled and turn web scripts blockers off.
- Open a fresh browser, Type LOTRO.com in the URL bar and enter.
- It has a ReCaptcha thing that you have to check to complete the account, if you fail the reCaptcha, your signup fails.
- It has a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Check mark that you have to complete for new account.
- Valid passwords are between 6 and 16 characters with at least one number and cannot contain apostrophes.
- Make sure you have confirmed the password.
- Make sure you put in an Email address that has not been used for any Turbine account.
- Make sure you have put in the date of your birth.
- Make sure your Username is unique to you. Maybe if you trying to use a common username it will fail without notice.
- If you are still failing, be aware SSG blocks IPs from certain regions of the world, try using a VPN to sign up, you can play without the VPN.

2 - I can't reactivate, recover, recreate or create from zero a new LOTRO account...
3 - Everything works fine, but the webpage register but not release a new account.
4 - Standing Stones Games have a worse support system. FAQ not cover all problems. We need a way to contact someone, ask things, explain things to someone responsible check if is something from my side or the side of SSG system.
Serious... Something simpler... Fill the form, place an e-mail. Check an e-mail. Active an account... This become really stressing.
it's hard to feel motivated to join a game, or return to it, when the whole process of creating, recovering or activating an account is totally traumatic and will not work.
Add this to a non-existent process of contacting those responsible for the game, to see if there were any flaws in the steps or some mistake on their side or on my side, it makes things worse.

My whole problem is: The website not finish the process, to active the account.
Changing the browser for 4 different types, using another two computers, a smartphone, checking the whole process a lot of times, checking each character, each individual lower and upper case, checking each e-mail. Checking different domains, using gmail, yahoo, hotmail, private payed e-mail from a payed domain, nothing unexpected or unknown wrong clearly from my side.
Tried to create new, fresh account. Tried to recover account. Tried tried tried tried tried and failed.
After days trying to find the error behind this without success or any way to contact the SSG customer support, I get myself stressed.
I can make accounts in other games, other mmo's, other sites, other services without stress or any problem. Some, I find ways to contact the customer support, and after some hours to some days I get a reply.
I am really grateful for all the help and guidance I received in the forum here, and although I have tried several things a few dozen times, I can not find where it is generating the error, where it is not releasing the creation of the account. And this is stressful. Even though everything has been remade step by step.
perhaps your isp is being blocked.
Firewall / Anti-virus too. Because I tried using different computers and a smartphone, two times outside of my home. For trial and error, if is something related with local network, ISP or computer / firewall / antivirus, trying I can end finding something wrong on my side.
Weird. Because I downloaded other games, make other accounts. Nothing wrong happend. Only with LOTRO...
