Theoretically if you obtain the direct Steam store page link and buy there it should be valid but you'll have to contact customer support.
Cheap and legit.
Are these DLC the first DLC I should be buying? I own nothing on LOTRO, just free stuff and I am in the Shire and only have a few hours a month to play so I'm not in a massive rush if it'll take me ages to do the free content.
Is a bit old (Turbine Points or TP is now Lotro Points or LP for exemple) but still is a good guide to start the game.
