Whats a fast way to lvl up?

As title says. I'm trying to do the main story quests but I'm under level by 3 lvls and am not sure what a fast way to get up to the level of the quest.

If you do all quests you can get, you will start to complain that you're overleveled for all quests.

As for speeding up leveling:
- There are items that give you an XP boost when worn.
- This weekend (25-27 January) there's an event going that gives you +25% XP.
- There are tomes that give you +100% XP for a limited time.

I think I already used my 100% xp I'll double check though. Hopefully I can find more xp items.

Oh I forgot to ask how do you get to the other starter zones?

By walking/riding there. I'm not sure if you have those stables unlocked for travel right from the start if you're in another starter area.

Try the midgewater marshes east of Bree for quests around 12-14. Or... the farms north of Bree should have quests around your level.

But the original question is: “what is the fastest way to level up?” This is definitely by completing quests 1-3 levels higher than your current level. Barrow-Downs west of Bree should have suitable content for this purpose.

Bingo is SW of the Michel Delving main square where the Mayor is. This will help: https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Bingo_Boffin You'll note that you should have gotten a 'letter' in your mail from him asking for help. Not sure if that's required but I doubt it.

Since you're in Bree go to the Northern Stable Master and click on Michel delving (Shire), Thorin's Gate (Dwarf) or Celondim (Elves) or just run over to Archet for the man area. All the starter area's are unlocked right from the start.

The other suggestion of just find them on the map and then run to them would allow you to gain xp by killing everything you see and hit up any resourse nodes as you go, but would take more time to get there.

If you fill up your quest list at each area youll find most of them are all int he same area -- take them all at once saves a lot of running back and forth
