Be VIP and talk to an npc in rivendell stables.

I am vip I dont know where rivendell stables is.and theres no other way to play pvp besides being vip like buying some tokens in store to allow access to pvp or something else beside monthly payment?

I recall seeing those new tokens that can be bought for mithril coins but it's a lot of coins and they're not exactly farmable.
It's the only stable in rivendell if you've been there, for the horse travel.

I don't know the name. Rivendell is in the trollShaws, the next region after Lone lands and one of choices for level 30 content.

should be an npc at south gate Bree, Michel Delving, Thorin's Gate also (the starter areas)

True, there is a stable at the Souh Bree gate that will take you to the Ettenmoors, and an NPC next to the stable with a quest for the Ettenmoors - accept the quest before you take the stable ride.

You can also play as a monster if you just select “Monster Play” at the character selection screen.

I found the npc but im looking for a way to buy ettermoors acces without being vip forever
Free and Premium players can purchase a temporary Ettenmoors pass from the Stable-masters using (20 Mithril Coin ) of the Mithril Coin currency to purchase 6 hours of PVMP playtime.

You can't. Pvp is supposed to be a VIP thing.

Free people PVMP is for VIP's, but you should be able to play a monster while free/premium.

As VIP you can get access to PvP at various NPCs. I don't know if you get scaled to level, but you're probably going to want to be max level before you try PvP.

Other than that, for monster play you select 'Monster play' from the character select screen, and you can play the creep side (even as non-VIP)

So yes, temporary access only unless VIP.

Unless you are grinding LP like mad to sustain your mithril coin supplies, it is much cheaper to just buy VIP.
