Huntsman Vs Bowmaster
Between Huntsman (blue) and Bowsmaster (red) -- which of these is better for overall DPS when soloing right now?

Redline is better for burst dps but Blueline will end up being better in the end because of its sustain. Blueline is a lot more mobile too so will make leveling solo a lot easier while red is sit still.

Blue with heavy red traits is probably best for solo pure dps (barrage).

then you have the oddball like me... I like to run red. I solo. The only blue line skill I pick up is Find the Path speed. (little Hobbit Hunter Lasses run like h...!!! ) :P

I play Red line solo also, since i don't like the run and gun style of the blue line. I think you get more DPS out of the Red line, but that is my opinion.

In redline you do more dmg at the beggening of a fight, but blueline has way more sustain and can keep a higher dps through a fight (PVE wise) Most blue players use a lot of red traits though

After playing with them for a bit I have decided I prefer blue. I don't like the way I keep losing focus just my moving in red line. I find that very annoying.

For soling that is indeed annoying.
And even though red line is supposed to be the DPS line, blue does more damage (unless they fixed that ).

Nope you're right. Blue days way more dps these days with some red traits.
