pending loots

new to this game and i dont loot anything from npc s it says pending but i cant see it in my inventory

There must be a temporary loot bag in the right bottom corner. They tried to make looting a lot easier with this system it automatically goes there without clicking on NPCs.

Also, if you tick "Always loot all" in the ui options, you'll get the loot straight into your inventory everytime and you don't have to click the "Pending loot" button every time!
